Visit our Returns Page on www.williamstwo.com and log into your account. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to submit a return request. - Choose Your Preferred Return Method
After submitting your return request, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply print the label and attach it to your package. - Package Your Item
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories, to ensure it’s in like-new condition. - Send It Back
Drop off your return package at any USPS location (or other designated carrier). The return shipping is on us – it’s completely free! - Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
